This committee is responsible for the following:
- Develop architectural guidelines for the community and submit to the Board of Directors
- Review requests from owners for improvement to their Lot. Makes decisions as to whether the improvement is in compliance of the architectural guidelines of the community.
- Sends written correspondence from the committee to owners regarding their application
- Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
