Skyecroft Committees

Skyecroft currently has the following committees in place.

Listed below are the responsibilities of each committee. If you are interested in joining one of these committees, please contact a board or committee member for information.

Architectural Control Committee

This committee is responsible for the following:

  • Develop architectural guidelines for the community and submit to the Board of Directors
  • Review requests from owners for improvement to their Lot. Makes decisions as to whether the improvement is in compliance of the architectural guidelines of the community.
  • Sends written correspondence from the committee to owners regarding their application
  • Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee is responsible for publicizing events and happenings around our community to the owners. This includes producing a newsletter on at least a quarterly basis, along with any other news and announcements that may need to be disseminated to owners.

Landscape And Beautification Committee

The Landscape and Beautification Committee is responsible for the following:

  • Makes recommendations for landscape improvements to the Board of Directors
  • Meets with contractors for bids on landscape maintenance contracts
  • Conducts inspections of the common elements an communicates landscape maintenance issues to the management company or directly to the landscape contractor
  • Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors

Pond Committee

The Pond Committee is responsible for

  • Maintenance and repair of the ponds
  • Planning the pond infrastructure
  • Stocking the ponds with fish
  • Developing budgets
  • interact with the pond vendors

 

 

Social Committee

The Social Committee is responsible for the following:

  • Welcome new owners into the community and provide association information to them
  • Organize community functions to promote the sense of community for the association
  • Assist the Board of Directors in developing a budget for community functions
  • Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
